Based in our London office you will lead your team to success through establishing and managing your own client and candidate base in the Built Environment Sector.
Main responsibilities:
- The ability to deal with clients at all levels,
- Manage and motivate a team
- Proactive networking within the sector to maximize opportunities
- Provide recruitment support to various areas of the business
Key skills:
- Proven and highly successful sales or recruitment experience,
- Experience and understanding of the Building Services / Facilities Management and Energy Management sectors,
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
