Allen & York are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Senior Wayleave Officer to join a leading environmental consultancy in North England. This role is available at Consultant and Senior level so demonstrable experience as a Wayleave Officer is essential.
The main objective of this position is to obtain landowner consents, Wayleave and easements for the installation of new electricity lines and the refurbishment of existing overhead lines
For the post you should have full knowledge of relevant legislation and have a significant amount of experience in relation to Form B/section 37 applications, 2009 exemption notices, arranging Wayleave Agreements and Deeds of Easement and arranging the purchase or leasing of land for operational purposes. Also a full UK driving licence is required and Associate Membership of the RICS would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Associate Membership of the RICS (or equivalent) is highly desirable as is a rural based degree (or equivalent)
