The organisation operates a matrix structure, with the role of Associate reporting to the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Principals housed in West Australia. As an Associate you will be required to demonstrate extensive and up to date knowledge in both SIA and EIA.
In addition, you will be expected to have;
- Strong client interface and business development experience;
- Effective key account management experience;
- Project delivery and management expertise;
- Effective leadership experience;
Cultural and values alignment will be essential for success and tenure in this role.
