Senior Engineer - Product Environmental

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading global aerospace companies. In the UK our client has over 35 offices and they are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer - Product Environmental to join their operations in the North West of England.
This role would suit a self-motivated, confident, pro-active individual with the ability to work across teams internally and with external customers. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
The main aspects of this position will be to provide advice and guidance on product environmental issues. You will therefore have a good understanding of EMS, Environmental Legislation, Sustainability, Waste etc.
You will also be aware of appropriate budget, timescale and quality standards and providing leadership where required.
You will be degree educated in Environmental Engineering or similar as well as having demonstrable experience of working within an environmental role or similar. Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems and environmental protection is essential alongside experience of looking at pollution and product generates and excellent report writing skills.
