Principal Consultant - Performance Assurance and Transactions
This is excellent opportunity to work with a leading global environmental consultancy.
This role is to assist the Performance Assurance and Transactions team grow the following practices: Sustainability report assurance and Sustainability Corporate Consulting. This will be delivered by providing leadership to the professionals involved in these practices, being responsible for targeting and winning client work, delivering quality projects and growing existing clients, participating in practices innovation initiatives, and coaching and training colleagues in these offerings.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide advise, challenge and support to clients in determining optimal approaches to achieve their business and sustainability objectives - as relevant depending on the given engagement e.g. Report Assurance, Corporate Consulting, Equator Principles, others.
In relation to Report Assurance, we are looking for people with a strong experience in AA1000 AS and GRI.
To manage projects in accordance with the requirements of our clients project management system, including work-planning, team briefing, budgeting and progress, project and financial monitoring in order to ensure that all projects are delivered to budget, and ensuring that project utilisation is met or exceeded.
To support the management and development of the team ? managing and supervising activities, line managing, coaching and guidance for more junior consultants.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
Travel to other UK offices and opportunities for overseas travel - within conditions agreed with the Principal Consultant to suit her/ his personal situation.
