Your role will be to continue working in partnership with existing clients whilst identifying and winning new business. You will oversee projects and manage project personnel, draft and execute business plans and market strategies, develop and adhere to budgets and forecasts and operate both at a high level and in a ?hands on? capacity.The organisation operates a matrix structure, with the role of Principal reporting to the ESIA Group Leader housed in your state as well as the service line Group Leader. As Principal you will be required to demonstrate extensive and up to date knowledge in both SIA and EIA. Therefore only candidates with both need apply. In addition, you will be expected to have; ? Strong client interface experience, ideally in winning business;
? Effective key account management experience;
? Project delivery and management expertise;
? Effective leadership experience;
? The full suite of administrative requirements such as budgeting, forecasting and business plan development and execution as well as commercial acumen to discern between viable and non viable commercial opportunities.Cultural and values alignment will be essential for success and tenure in this role.Only people with ESIA experience and relevant tertiary qualifications need apply. As this is a senior role, leadership and business development experience will be critical. This is arguably the most exciting, dynamic and certainly leading environmental consulting firm in the world, located in one of the world?s most livable cities. The client is looking for UK based nationals as well as continentals to relocate to Australia
