European, director level opportunity for a strategic focused leader in renewables advisory space. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive track record in business development, management and delivery with high profit margins. You will bring with you a highly established commercial networkResponsibilities will include; - Leading the European Renewable Energy sector work alongside the Energy Practice sector lead in order to strengthen the European renewable energy practice
- Sell renewable energy consulting services to an array of European clients as well as to international clients seeking to provide services within Europe
- Lead the delivery of projects in the core domains of business and commercial strategic advisory, market assessrnent and analysis, policy advisory, technical and commercial due diligence, technology appraisal and legal advisory services,
- Lead the preparation of tenders and other business development activities.
- Collaborate across the group to promote the provision of professional services with our other practices both UK and internationally.In-Depth knowledge of the following would be advantageous: specific RE technologies; commercial operating environments and contractual practice; financing of RE technologies and structuring investment funds; conducting due diligence assessments; utility energy planning and investment strategy; smart grid and energy storage technology and market issues; policy and regulatory analysis; energy efficiency services and opportunities; carbon markets and services; international languages (specifically European languages, Arabic and MandarinWhat can we do for YOU?
